Party

Well even with illness we did get around to having our wedding anniversary party. About 70 people turned up, loads of children and many people we hadnt seen for ages. The weather was crap so we couldnt be outside unfortunately but at least we have the room now! Our camera had completely ran out of battery so we couldnt take many pictures, so I am waiting for Denis to upload his. It was great to see them and Wendy with her lovely 27 week old bump- a little boy! And later in the evening, Simon and his new girlfriend Helen arrived and so between him and Denis we had guitar music well into the small hours. Pete came staggering into the lounge exclaiming that he had accidentally gotten very drunk and so he had... he paid for that the next day!! Kathryn was a star and helped with all the food....if only she could be here for Verity's baptism.....
