And, we found out that we are having a little girl.... ahhhh!
What a surprise! The sonographer said that they had to say that they could only be 80% certain, but she was very confident they were little girl's bits so we're going to go with that. So we have to think of a girl's name. She kept lifting up her hands in front of her face and was wriggling all over the place (not like Vincent!), and wouldn't give us a nice profile shot.

But all the right bits in the right places so no worries there. So that was lovely to know before we headed off on holiday. Then, just as we were packing, Pete went up to get the suitcase from the loft and noticed some damp on the floor, and lo and behold, we had a leak from the hot water tank in the dark room up there. The damp had spread under the wall to the floor, underneath a load of Dad's boxes.... eeek! Quick call to Dave next door who came round and capped the hot water tank off so it wouldn't leak anymore, and then Pete got out the boxes that appeared to have been damp damaged... approximately 5 in all, some hardly at all, but some very soggy. Luckily, the only thing that was lost was my 4th year geography project, but we managed to catch everything else... otherwise it would have been a disaster... loads of old photos from Dubai and before, boxes of papers and cards, videos etc. Phew... thank goodness Pete noticed it before we went away.
