A whole week gone by

I can't believe a whole week has gone by and where we were this time last week. All going well this first week and I am not in too much discomfort thankfully.

Feeding has been a bit of an ordeal and it is still not quite sorted yet. I thought it would be easy seeing as I did it with Vincent but no.... we can't get the latch and positioning right so it has been a very painful few days in the boob department!It is getting better a week on but still not quite right. We will get there... I probably have forgotten how long it took to get it sorted with Vincent.

Apart from that the days have just flown by. We have just been getting used to our new addition. Vincent keeps kissing Verity which is very sweet (sometimes a bit violently!) and he is coping well with not being the only centre of attention and mummy always having a little thing attached to her.


We got Verity's birth registered yesterday: my first outing!








Stephen and Lauren came down for a visit today. It was great to see them and introduce Verity to his uncle and auntie.
