Well a 3 and a half hour rehearsal nearly killed me last night but I woke up feeling a lot better and Vincent also had a good night, only waking very briefly about 230am and needed tucking back in. Luckily he also went back to sleep after his milk until nearly 9am so I feel quite rested!
There was just time to get ready and gulp down some breakfast before we had to be at the doctors for Vincent's MMR jab (I had been getting concerned he hadn't been called for it because I knew he was supposed to have it at 13 months and so when I went to the doctors for myself yesterday I asked them about it and apparently he was supposed to have it on March 7th but they had never sent me a card. So quick smart they booked him in for this morning). He did very well and only cried for a second poor thing.
Then we headed off into town for our new baby sing and sign class (just from last week I was amazed that Vincent now knows the sign for milk. When he does it I go and get him some milk, but sometimes he seems to really want it and sometimes he doesn't seem to so I think he just likes to make the sign!)and met up with Derek and his baby Nell (from our NCT group).
I am currently waiting for Vincent to wake up so we can head on over to ardha's for afternoon coffee as she has her granddaughter Mia with her this week. He is outside in the garden in his buggy, which is the surest way to keep him asleep if he has fallen asleep when we are out and about. I keep getting up to check on him through the window.... and there we go.... right on cue.... a little call..... got to go....
