Back at nursery

Well normal life resumes, with Vincent's usual Tuesday and Wednesday at nursery this week. I cycled him there today (must get a photo of him in his cycle carrier-he looks very sweet, especially with his yellow cycling helmet!. As usual he cried and cried when I left him.... guaranteed to make me feel immensely guilty.

Must remember a lovely thing that happened at dinner last night. Vincent is starting to use his fork really well, not necessarily to pick up food, but if we load it up he can get it expertly into his mouth and then we usually clap and say 'clever boy' or something of that ilk. Well Pete and I must have been talking away and we missed him using his fork and so he just chucked his fork down noisily and clapped himself, making us turn and look at him, with such a look on his face-'Oi look what I just did, where's my clap?'.

Bit of a rush again in the evening as I went off to the Loft Theatre at Leamington to see Once a Catholic which Pete Bagley has directed and Gennie was in. It was very funny and Gennie made a lovely nun!
