Lovely weather

Yesterday and today have just been glorious with bright bright sunshine. Yesterday (Sunday), we left Pete asleep in bed and toddled off to nine o'clock mass... first time I have made this mass but works out better with Vincent now as he is just a bit of a grumpster at 11. Then back and in the garden for a while before off for a fruitless search for some sandals for Vincent... they just do not make them in his size 3 anywhere. I managed to find one pair in Mothercare and grabbed them, only to find they are too narrow for Vincent's broad little feet, so guess he will just have to wait for his feet to reach size 4!



Then we headed off to Mike and Linda's 60th birthday party (friends from work) with Ardha. It was a great afternoon and evening and Vincent entertained everyone all afternoon by toddling around and smiling a lot. We had intended on leaving early and getting back for normal bedtime, but we were having such a good time and Vincent was up and about on the dance floor that we just stayed until about 10pm... Vincent crashed in the car on the way back.

Monday morning I got on with some work and Pete and Vincent went out for a walk. Then we had lunch at Zafiris and the rest of the afternoon Pete and Vincent were in the paddling pool and mowing the lawn.
