Denis and Wendy and lovely little Evan arrived hooray! It was so wonderful to see them and Evan is just beautiful. Steve, Sue and Jack were still here so what better reason than to set up a fire in the big lounge, whack the heating on (it has been so cold we have needed both!) and we spent the evening in there drinking wine. Dad treated us to a lovely meal at The Bear on Saturday (before he headed back to Porto) and then we vegged out in front of the TV watching the Elvis 1968 come back special.
